Semi Homemade bread

Morning, Duke is outside, and it’s lovely out there. I’m currently sorting through my Amazon wishlist situation, which will be talked about in depth in an upcoming post.

I had a friend convince me to buy frozen bread dough. I can no longer knead bread, and so I gave it up. Not anymore, buying frozen dough, thawing it in the fridge overnight, and then enjoying the results… Wow.

I’m in loooooove with fresh baked bread.

The same company also sells rolls. I’m thinking that when the bread isn’t available, I’m going to get the roll dough, and work with that. It truly is cheaper to buy the dough and just enjoy.

Cold brew fridge tea has also taken over my world. I get those family sized iced tea bags now. I put 4 of them in a gallon jug with water, and let them steep slowly over the course of a day. Having 2 gallon jugs in the fridge is keeping me hydrated. For flavor, I add either lemon or lime juice to the brew as I serve it, and a little bit of sweetener. Bingo, now I no longer need to buy those stupid tiny packets.

It’s going to be a good summer. Meanwhile, I better get back to work. I have a scottish lady on a video teaching a japenese sewing technique to watch. The accent is soothing. Don’t worry, I’ve also been watching Japanese folks doing the same content. I’m not that stupid.

Take care my friends. -L
