Rainy Morning

Good Morning,

I’ve been stuck in bed for quite some time. My pain levels escalated a week ago Saturday, and I went to both Acute Care and the Emergency room for help. I finally got the answer when I went to the Dr yesterday.

I’m going to be in pain for awhile, but the end is in site.

I just need to behave a bit.

My name is Louise B of Worthington, MN. I’ve been a crafter my whole life, with a heavy emphasis on knitting and crochet. I'm also in recovery, and you will find writings about addiction and recovery as well. I’m one of 4 members of my family that has a blog of some sort.
I’ve been drawn to writing since I was a child, and I started out with a journal, and writing short stories for school. Although I have never been to college, I firmly believe in continuing your education, for personal use, if not on a professional level. I’m always taking online courses, and I’ve been reading voraciously on almost anything I can get my hands on.
I’ll write about knitting, crochet, spinning and other fiber arts. I will be sharing patterns, and posting pictures of my work. I learn alot from you, my readers. I am always trying out new knitting, crochet or spinning techniques, and I try to share my triumphs as they come.

I'll also be writing about my recovery, and working on sharing what I learn as I go.
