I survived physical therapy today.
Duke has ordered that in penance for leaving him home with Tim, we must snuggle for at least an hour.
The physical therapist said I pissed off my body, and need to be gentle with it the rest of today.
I am not arguing.
Ice pack and snuggle time. Gentle exercise tomorrow. Hugs my friends-L
