Years ago I used to have some prayer shawl books. In one of them was a simple granny square shawl pattern. I’ve long since passed on those books to others, but I remember the pattern well.
The shawl I started the other day was this simple pattern. I did a quick search to give you the pattern, and found something unexpected. There are two ways to make the shawl. One from the top down, which I’m not sharing here, and the other from the bottom up, which is the one I make.
