I’ve been awake for about 90 minutes. It was a short night, but that’s life. Pain levels are currently almost ‘oh hell no’. Which is infinitely better than ‘what fresh hell is this…’
Both of the men in my life are sound asleep. The 4 footed one is in my bed, and the 2 legged one his own. We stopped sleeping in the same bed years ago due to chronic ‘what fresh hell is this’ pain.
I’ve been seeing my home with new eyes lately. The things I haven’t been keeping as clean as I could have, and the things I haven’t been keeping clean at all. There are cobwebs, and there are piles of debris. I want to do more and better, but it is so hard to pick up a broom to get a cobweb when the body says ‘oh hell to the no’.
That said, since I don’t have minions or even house elves, it’s just going to be that way.
My sister came for a visit last night on her way through town. It was a good short visit, mostly separated bby social distancing. We did get one good hug in though.
And that’s about it. Knitting is in progress. I’m not going to do a write up on all the projects quite yet. It’s enough that I’m making due with what I have. Once I get finished objects, I’ll be doing the whole photo shoot and blog brag.
