I’m putting the everlasting shawl on hold. Okay, I can’t lift it anymore. It’s just too damned heavy. My hands hurt. So, I’m working on a shawl out of A gathering of lace -Meg Ryan
I have decided that this is the shawl that my daughter will be getting. I’ve also decided to use size 9 needles, and worsted weight yarn.
So, hang me if you must, but I am doing it this way. We both love the feather and fan pattern. I don’t have enough laceweight yarn to do it the author’s way, so I’m doing it my way.
